A Gift Card number is a unique sixteen (16) digit alphanumeric number required to redeem the gift card. It should not be shared with anyone under any circumstances.

A PIN number is a four (4) digit number required to redeem the gift card.
A PIN is unique to one (1) gift card.

11. What is my Reference Number?
A reference number is a unique sixteen (16) digit alphanumeric number associated with every Gift Card. You can find it in the email which is sent with every purchase. In case you have any complaints or questions regarding the Gift Card, our customer support team will ask for the reference number. Make sure to keep it handy with you during the call. Do not share your Gift Card number or PIN with anyone under any circumstance.
12. Do I need to activate my Gift Card?
No, Gift Cards do not have to be activated. Once redeemed on noon.com via entering a Gift Card number and PIN, they are ready to be used.
13. How can I check my balance on the Gift Card?
Log in to noon.com > click on My Account > select Noon Credits from the drop-down menu > and refer to your gift cards statement.
14. How many times can I use my Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be redeemed once, and after the balance is loaded into your noon credits balance, it can be used for multiple purchases.
Example: You might have received a Gift Card worth 100, and this Gift Card can be broken down into multiple transactions of any amount.
15. Can I use my Gift Card and another credit/debit card together to pay for a transaction?
Yes! If your Gift Card balance is not sufficient to cover a purchase, you can pay the outstanding balance with your preferred credit/debit card.
16. Will the receiver of the Gift Card receive a statement?
No, however, a customer can log in to noon.com > click on My Account > select Noon Credits from the drop-down menu > and refer to their statement.
17. What if I need to return an item?
You can return an item that qualifies for a return. The qualified return amount will reflect in the same manner it was paid, and the refunded portion of the Gift Card value will reflect in your noon credits balance
18. What happens if there are still funds on my Gift Card when it expires?
We suggest you use the Gift Card before it expires. noon is not liable for any refunds or replacement if the Gift Card has not been redeemed before the expiry date.
19. What happens if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
You are responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card from unauthorized use. Noon and its affiliates are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. noon is not responsible for and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card

1. The Gift Card shall be in the form of electronic vouchers and not physical cards.
2. The Gift Card can be brought in the following currencies only - AED, SAR, and EGP.
3. The Gift Card can be redeemed on the noon website and mobile app. Customers will have to log in to their account > click on My Account > select Noon credits from the drop-down menu > and enter the Gift Card details > and click on Redeem.
4. The Gift Card can only be redeemed on noon.com;
a. In the UAE, once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com (UAE), SIVVI.com (UAE), noon Food (UAE), noon Grocery (UAE), and/or noon Minutes (UAE). i. In the UAE, once redeemed, the value of the Gift Card will be issued in the applicable customer's noon credits balance on the noon platform and also visible on the checkout page, under the noon credits balance.
b. In KSA, once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com (KSA), noon Minutes (KSA), and/or SIVVI.com (KSA). i. In KSA, once redeemed, the value of the Gift Card will be visible on the checkout page, under the noon credits balance.
c. In Egypt, once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com (Egypt). i. In Egypt, once redeemed, the value of the Gift Card will be visible on the checkout page, under the noon credits balance.
5. The Gift Card may be used to purchase all products across all categories on noon.com and its affiliates, including sale items.
6. The Gift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, returned, reloaded, redeemed for more than face value, redeemed for cash, returned for cash, or transferred to another account.
7. Gift Cards balance cannot be used to purchase goods or services at noon or any noon-affiliated property outside of the currency in which the gift card has been issued
8. Gift Cards must be obtained from an authorized third party, and you are;
a. responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card number and PIN from unauthorized use.
b. only use your reference number to communicate a gift card(s) complaint and never share the gift card number and/or PIN with anyone in any circumstance.
c. noon is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. noon is not responsible for and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
